Three days before move-in, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your utilities. Please note that utilities under Up&Up's name will be turned off on your lease start date.
As the renter, you are responsible for setting up and paying for all the utilities in your home.
The utilities you are responsible for are:
- Gas
- Electricity
- Water/Sewer
- Trash
What areas are exceptions to this?
If you live in these areas in Missouri, you may be responsible for the bill but it is not in your name...

- Any homes using Metropolitan Sewer District,
- The Sewer Account must stay in Up&Ups name but the tenant is still expected to pay the bill by mail or phone.
- You can set up paper bills in the mail.
- You may need to contact us for specific account information.
