If your first rent payment does not go through successfully, you can initiate a payment on your outstanding balance through the Up&Up app or online portal.
Here's how it works:
- If your rent payment fails, we will reach out to you over phone and email
- To make the payment, go to upandup.co/account
- Your outstanding balance will be shown on the portal
- Click the "Pay now" button, you can only pay the full balance.
