You should contact your utilities providers no later than three (3) days before your lease start date.
However, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible - to ensure that your services are activated before your move-in day. The utility provider may need documentation or require you to make an in person appointment days before your move in.
**In the event that you need to "reconnect" and schedule an in person appointment with a utility provider, please note that these appointments are usually not available on the weekends.
