Your Up&Up move-in coordinator is a team member on our Customer Success Team who will help facilitate your move-in after signing your lease! Think of them as the person welcoming you into the Up&Up family.
Your move-in coordinator will work with you to do the following:
- Walk you through your move-in steps after your lease has been completed.
- Schedule the key hand-off time on the day of your move-in.
