Please make your move in payment through your online Buildium portal. Please note: We require payments to clear the bank prior to move-in.
- After lease signing, you'll immediately pay your initial $500.
- Our leasing team will reach out to remind you to process your final payment.
- 5 days prior to your move in, you MUST initiate your final payment.
- To avoid any move-in delays we recommend calling your bank to confirm the charge will process, you have adequate funds in your account, and the move-in payment does not exceed your daily charge limit.
- Note: If your remaining balance has not successfully processed by the time of your move-in, your move-in date is subject to delay. There are no exceptions.
