Is there power running to the washing machine? If not, then
Check that it is plugged into the outlet
Check the breakers
Check any nearby GFCI outlets. Often electricity flows sequentially from one GFCI outlet to other outlets and/or appliances so if a nearby one has tripped it could cause power issues. A properly functioning outlet should have a green light pop on.
If there’s an odd smell coming from the machine, try running an empty cycle using hot water with two cups of white vinegar and a half-cup of baking soda.
If the machine is wobbling and making a lot of noise, try rotating its legs and lifting and lowering each leg until it is balanced again.
Is the water not draining correctly? The drain pump could be damaged. Check the pipe for wear and tear and see if it needs to be replaced. Also ensure the pipe drain hose is secured near the drain using zip ties
