Check any nearby GFCI outlets. Often electricity flows sequentially from one GFCI outlet to other outlets and/or appliances so if a nearby one has tripped it could cause power issues. A properly functioning outlet should have a green light pop on.
If all but one of the burners potentially isn’t working and you smell gas, then
Remove the grates and the shields. The shields are the little metal plate that distributes the flame
Clean the burners thoroughly
If you don’t see a spark then it’s possible you have a faulty ignitor. Give us a call and we’ll send someone out to fix it.
