Choosing an option at the end of your lease

At the end of your lease, you have four different options to choose from. Click on one of the following options to learn more about it.

• Renew: Continue building wealth in the home you’re already living in
• Transfer: Transfer your Wallet balance to another home in our network
• Buy: Purchase the home you’re renting
• Cash out: Take the wealth you built and exit the Up&Up program
